Four to six hours in normal conditions. Humidity, airflow and how heavily soiled the item was all affect it. We extract as much moisture as possible before we leave, and we will tell you if anything needs longer.

Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions as standard, and we rinse thoroughly so no residue is left behind. If anyone in the home has a specific sensitivity or allergy, tell us when you book and we will adjust what we use.

Clear small items and breakables from the areas being cleaned and give the floor a quick vacuum if you can. We move and protect the furniture ourselves — please do not lift anything heavy on our account.

Most, but not honestly all. Dye-based stains, bleach damage and marks that have been repeatedly treated with supermarket products can be permanent. We will assess before we start and tell you plainly what to expect rather than promise a result we cannot deliver.
